Description
The JS Help Desk plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to unauthorized access to internal note attachments in version 4.0.0. The note attachment download treated any request made in a wp-admin context as coming from staff, did not check a capability or nonce, and the plugin's form dispatcher ran help-desk tasks in wp-admin context without checking that the user may use the help desk. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to download files attached to agents' internal notes on any ticket.
