Description
The Tag, Category, and Taxonomy Manager plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Reflected Cross-Site Scripting via request parameters (such as order, orderby and paged) that the Terms screen preserves in its row-action URLs (Remove From All Posts, Delete, Copy) in versions 3.51.0 through 3.53.0. This is due to insufficient input sanitization and missing output escaping: the parameters were only passed through sanitize_text_field, which keeps double quotes, and the resulting URLs were printed into href attributes without esc_url. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts into pages that execute if they can trick a logged-in user with access to the Terms screen, such as an administrator, into clicking a crafted link.
