Description
The Tutor LMS plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Insecure Direct Object Reference in versions 4.0.0 up to, and including, 4.0.9 via the 'attempt_id' parameter of the learning area's quiz attempt details view. This is due to the attempt ownership check being skipped entirely when the visitor is not logged in. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to view any learner's quiz attempt, including the learner's name, the questions, the submitted answers and the marks, on sites that offer at least one public course or free-preview lesson.
