Description

The Shortcodes Ultimate plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the su_feed shortcode in versions 5.7.0 up to, and including, 7.9.0. This is due to the feed error returned by fetch_feed(), which includes response details from the remote server such as its Content-Type header, being printed by su_error_message() without escaping. Error messages are shown only to users allowed to use the shortcode generator (administrators by default), so this makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts that execute when such a user views an injected page.
