Description
The Download Manager plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Cross-Site Request Forgery in all versions up to, and including, 3.3.70. This is due to missing nonce validation when the Privacy settings tab processes a save request while the settings page is rendered, as the plugin's global settings-save nonce check was disabled. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to overwrite the plugin's Privacy options, including the cron key and IP address handling, via a forged request granted they can trick a site administrator into performing an action such as clicking on a link.
