Description
The Download Manager plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the package title in versions 3.3.26 up to, and including, 3.3.70. This is due to the Download History package filter disabling Select2's markup escaping, so entity-encoded markup stored in a package title is turned back into live HTML when the filter is rendered with that package selected. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with author-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts that execute when an administrator filters the Download History by the attacker's package.
