Description
The WooCommerce plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'review' parameter of the wc/v1 and wc/v2 REST API product review creation endpoints in all versions up to, and including, 11.1.1. This is due to the review being saved with wp_insert_comment() without passing through WordPress's comment filtering, so the content is not sanitized for users who lack the unfiltered_html capability, and the review is published as approved. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers with Shop Manager-level access and above, a role that does not have the unfiltered_html capability, to inject arbitrary web scripts into product reviews that will execute whenever a user, including an administrator, views the affected product page.
