Description
The Everest Forms plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to DOM-based Reflected Cross-Site Scripting via the 'evf_toast_type' URL parameter in versions 3.4.3 up to, and including, 3.6.1. This is due to the admin script inserting the parameter's value unescaped into the HTML of the admin notification toast on Everest Forms admin pages. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that execute if they can successfully trick a logged-in administrator into performing an action such as clicking on a link.
