Description
The Events Manager plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Insecure Direct Object Reference in versions 7.3.3 up to, and including, 7.4.3 due to the REST API media upload/update handler only checking the upload_files capability and not verifying that the user can edit a supplied attachment ID or the target post_id. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Author-level access and above, to modify the title, caption, description, alt text and parent of attachments uploaded by other users and attach media to posts they cannot edit.
