Description
The Simple Gallery with Filter plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Cross-Site Request Forgery in versions 2.0 up to, and including, 2.4 due to missing nonce validation in the sgwf_meta_box_save() function hooked to 'save_post'. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to overwrite the 'image_caption' meta (the caption the plugin displays in galleries) of arbitrary attachments via a forged request, granted they can trick a logged-in user who can create posts (Contributor or above) into performing an action such as clicking a link.
