Description
The WP Document Revisions plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Sensitive Information Exposure in version 5.6.0 due to get_documents() relying on WP_Query's 'perm' => 'readable' (which only restricts private posts) while the [documents] shortcode and the Documents List and Latest Documents blocks let the caller choose the post status. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers with Contributor-level access and above to list the titles, slugs, descriptions and authors of other users' draft, pending, future, private and trashed documents, for example by previewing a post containing the shortcode or through the block renderer REST endpoint. Lists, and the Recently Revised widget, also showed the descriptions and thumbnails of password-protected documents to any visitor. Version 5.6.0 shipped without the fix, which 5.4.6 and 5.5.1 already carried; it is fixed in 5.6.1.
