Description
The Dokan plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Insecure Direct Object Reference in versions 3.14.0 up to, and including, 5.1.3. The permission callback of the dokan/v1/commission REST endpoint only checked for the 'dokandar' or 'manage_options' capability and did not verify that the user-controlled 'vendor_id' and 'product_id' parameters belong to the requesting vendor. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers with vendor-level access to run the commission calculator against other vendors' commission setups and products, disclosing the vendor-specific and product-specific commission rates (and the resulting vendor earning for a supplied amount) that the administrator configured for other vendors.
